However, our therapist will use psychotherapy methods to make it more manageable for you, so you experience less distress and can identify ways of coping with anxiety, such as using CBT methods, talk therapy, and mindfulness. During the sessions, we'll explore your triggers and past or present experiences that may heighten your sense of anxiety. Our therapy treatment can help you navigate and understand the type of anxiety you are experiencing.

Our approach

Our experience enables us to offer an effective individulised counselling and psychotherapy service, we use a person-centered integrative approach. A qualified therapist will deliver your therapy sessions online, using a warm and non-judgemental environment so, you can process your thoughts and feelings with the support of a therapist. Some of the modalities we offer are, anxiety talking therapy, the use of CBT, ACT and talk therapy, for depression and anxiety, along with an integrative approach for other persenting issues. Sessions will last for 50mins at a cost of £65per session. Normally therapy is arranged once a week over a period of up to 8-10 weeks for short term therapy however, we do also, offer open ended therapy.
