Grief

Depression and having a low mood with no motivation are some of the most common and uncomfortable feelings that we some of us experience at some point in our lives. Counselling can provide you a space to talk about what you are experiencing. We are able to help you work towards feeling  motivation, having a new perspective and feeling the joy that you once had in your life.

Anxiety is the feeling of nervousness, worries or fear. Theses feelings can occur for a range of different situations.

Anxiety can affect your mental health, if  you start to feel anxious each day and can’t relax then this could also lead to other health conditions.

Counselling can help you identify  the cause of your anxiety,  and suggest ways of dealings with situations. A counsellor can help you learn how to cope with anxiety.

Grief is  a normal  response somebody has to losing someone they care about.  Everyone’s experiences grief in a different way.

You may need help if you are struggling to cope with your emotions, or if you can’t cope with your day-to-day life. For example, if you struggle to go to work, look after children or socialise with friends. If you’re experiencing these feelings, it’s important to get support.

Stress

Relationships/couples

Low self-esteem and confidence

Counselling and therapy can both be used to help identify the causes of stress, counselling can allow you to understand the role your own thoughts have in triggering and increasing your stress levels. Talking with a counsellor or therapist about the difficulties you are experiencing can help to elevate some of your stress.

Relationship/couples counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to understand or  strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy  can provide a safe and balanced space to discuss their difficulties. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to  forming better communication methods while working at the directions of  your relationship.

Counselling can help individual's work on and explore their self-esteem and confidence. We use an integrative approach in sessions, which means that we have a variety of ways to assist people to, explore the origins of their self doubt  and work through these. We can work to identify any unhelpful patterns and develop new ways to feel confident.

Restore your mind.

Counselling is available to everyone

Speak to us to day for an initial consultation to discuss how we can help, before counselling takes place we will go over our online counselling agreement, this is a  working agreement so we know what is required of both parties.

We work with  a Person-Centred approach so, we will not advise you to do certain things or tell you what need to do, instead we can listen to you openly and help you explore the areas in your life which you choose to share in counselling. We can support you in making your own decisions and help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your situation.
